1. Return Eligibility

1.2 Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible for return.

1.3 Non-returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount

2. Return Process

2.2 Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
